A:  Prefixes:

     Rule: adding un- or im- to the beginning of a word states the  different or opposite meaning of the word.

      If the word begins with a ‘p’ or an ‘m’ use the prefix im-, with other words we most
often use the prefix un-

B: Prefixes:  pre- something we do in advance / re-something we do again
Examples:  pre + pay= prepay (pay for it in advance)  /  re + do = redo (do it again)
