I. Listen and read the poem with the silent ‘gh’.

Oh, my daughter!
Don’t fight with your neighbour.
You ought to love and play with each other.
Brighten the days with your laughter.
My dear daughter, think thoroughly and be happier.

II. Listen and circle the box with either the silent ‘gh’ or ‘f’ sound .

                 

III. Listen and circle the words with the silent ‘gh’ and underline the words with the ‘f’ sound.

‘Don’t be a naughty boy’, daddy said.             I went straight to the kitchen to have a bite.
Enough is enough now get out of bed!              My mom laughed when she saw my sleepy head.
